For airport arrival pickups you'll find the driver waiting by the Arrivals Terminal carrying a branded name board with the lead traveller's name so you can identify him easily. If for any reason you cannot see him, go sit/stand by the big statue at arrivals and he'll move around with the name board till you spot him. We also recommend you connect to the free WiFi at the airport and start communicating with the dispatch office via WhatsApp: +27 78 396 4115. This way you can have peace of mind that someone is with you all the way till you find your driver.
